Responsible Purchasing Policy

Banque Stellantis France integrates social, environmental and ethical responsibility considerations into its purchasing practices and supplier relationships. This approach aims to promote a responsible supply chain based on respect for social rights, environmental standards, and the principles of integrity and transparency.

The Bank places particular emphasis on compliance with labour legislation and the prevention of undeclared work, while encouraging diversity and inclusion throughout its supply chain. It also takes suppliers' environmental commitments into account to promote practices that contribute to reducing their environmental impact.

Supplier relationships are governed by principles of transparency, fairness and business ethics, particularly through rules on competitive tendering, the prevention of conflicts of interest and anti-corruption measures. Supplier risk identification and management are further strengthened through a Know Your Supplier (KYS) framework tailored to the nature and criticality of the services provided, enabling compliance checks both before and throughout the contractual relationship.

Finally, the responsible purchasing approach is supported by a structured governance framework covering the entire procurement cycle, from supplier selection and contracting to the monitoring of supplier performance and associated risks. This approach is complemented by a Responsible Purchasing Guide, which formalises the Bank's commitments to sustainable procurement and ESG criteria.
